It is flooded with natural light, in a quiet street of Le Marais with little traffic.
We provide guests with a flat-screen cable TV and a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.
The bedroom is spacious, with a queen-size bed. We can arrange for a confortable single sofa-bed in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped including 4 vitroceramic plates, a full-size retro-style fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a small oven.
The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a wall-mounted hand shower – there is plenty of hot water. Washer/dryer in one, a hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo and towels. Separate WC.
House rules
Check-in at 4pm & check-out at 11am. Those times are flexible whenever possible, do ask.
This apartment is non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony only.
A maximum of 3 guests can stay in the flat. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed.
The flat is located in a residential building, and travelers are asked to respect the tranquility of the premises, especially after 10 pm. The flat is for private use only, it is not open to the public. No commercial activity, legal or illegal, is permitted under penalty of being reported to the police.
The apartment must be returned in good condition. Guests are expected to report any malfunctions immediately.
