Set on the 4th floor of a traditional Parisian building with elevator, the 55 m² (600 sq ft) apartment is filled with natural light and retains its original parquet floors and fireplaces.

The apartment overlooks a quiet Marais street and enjoys open views over the Paris rooftops.

The spacious bedroom has a queen-size bed and air conditioning. A comfortable single sofa bed can also be arranged in the living room.

High-speed fiber internet and a Smart TV are provided.
